The examination of such features requires serious and reliable study from our experienced engineers who will verify the condition of the property and prepare the necessary documentation for the owner or prospective buyer. In this way the result will securely confirm whether or not the property can be exploited and how. Keep in mind that in Greece there are thousands of land patches, even plots on which the owners are not permitted to build anything.
